Managing Director:
VINCENT R. RAMBUWANI
Registered professional scientist, Mr RV Rambuwani, leads the overall strategic direction and success of diges as managing director. He holds more than a decade’s experience in the effective provision of geotechnical, geohydrological and environmental consultancy services to local and district municipalities, water services sectors, government authorities/departments, and ngos. He is a member of the Geological Society Of South Africa (gssa), an associate of the water institute of Southern Africa, and actively serves on various other professional bodies and committees.
Civil Engineer :
SYLVESTER MAKANZA
Sylvester Makanza is a qualified, competent and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer and Project Manager, with over 13 years’ operational management and consultancy based experience in the design and implementation of multi-disciplinary civil engineering infrastructure projects. Both an innovative individual and team-player, he possesses solid leadership skills proven by his ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve and exceed project objectives.
Project Manager :
KELVIN DZIMBANHETE
Mr Dzimbanhete is a qualified Environmental Scientist, and is currently a Project Manager and Environmental Consultant in the firm. A versatile and distinctive professional with 13 years’ environmental consulting experience for mixed developments, roads, housing developments and mining, as well as dams for municipalities, public and private sectors in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Geohydrologist :
MPHO NEKHAGUMA
The geo-environmental scientist within the firm, Mpho Nekhaguma possesses 14 years’ experience working on geohydrological projects in the district municipality, mining and heavy civil sector for governmental and non-governmental organisations throughout South Africa.
Hydrologist :
TOBILOBA A. ONIPE
He holds a double bachelors degree in geology and hydrology, and a masters degree in earth sciences. tobiloba has over 3 years of experience working for diges group as a hydrogeologist. He has vast experience in different geochemical investigations, aquifer characterization, numerical modelling (flow models, hydrological models, geological static models and contaminant transport models), geographical information systems and other groundwater studies. He has presented some of his research findings across the globe including the United States.
